When the new CMO at Meraki asked for a new website, the first thing we asked was why? Sure there were some technical and UX issues with their existing site, but we suspected there was something else going on. Turned out she didn’t just want a new site, she wanted a new brand. So we helped unpeel the layers of what makes Meraki special and reveal a whole new look and feel for the company.

We love this stuff. The technology. The design. Solving complex problems and making it look effortless. It’s who we are.
And at the core of it all are a bunch of people engineering incredibly complex technology products and platforms. Smart at heart describes to a tee what we make. But it also describes the people who make and use Meraki products.
It’s human and optimistic and even fun. So let’s show the products in a way that reflects that.

Smart
We see our products as more than machines; we see their human impact. Our networks carry everything from an email between estranged friends to the records of a patient awaiting a liver transplant, and we take that responsibility to heart. We lean into just how meaningful our products are, to us and to the world.
Everything we make solves a problem. Yes, our technology is reliable and robust, but what really sets our work apart is that we’re forward-thinking. Every time that it just works is because we already thought of all the times it might not, and then we solved for those. Our minds never turn off when it comes to this stuff, and it shows.
